Detectives from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) have apprehended a senior Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) officer stationed in Kisumu. The suspect was caught red-handed accepting a KSh 100,000 bribe from a local trader to waive fictitious tax compliance penalties.
