The three diplomats also pledged the full implementation of United Nations Security Council resolutions, including measures that prohibit support for revenue generation linked to North Korea’s nuclear and ballistic missile programs. They further endorsed the work of the Multilateral Sanctions Monitoring Team in tracking sanctions violations and evasion. Korea.

The statement comes amid speculation about a possible meeting between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, with Trump having made repeated overtures for dialogue. North Korea has consistently rejected calls for denuclearization, insisting its nuclear arsenal is permanent.
